I really like the concept of your band that does not have a cumbersome buckle & strap system nor the itchy & stiff velcro. They do seem ti fit “snug”—a bit tighter than I guessed so I am ordering the extra large. This is a matter of personal preference. I want some support but not too tight. I think the product is good—durable feel, quality components & construction. Get your website updated with more detail and you’ll get more customers.

I would probably be very interested in ordering these to try out. But there is NO INFORMATION AS TO MEASURING MY KNEE TO ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE. I looked through all the sections of this site to find that chart or set of instructions.
I would also like to see the dimensions of the band itself. I am interested in something that is not running halfway up my thigh and back down half of my calf. These look to be narrower, but a measurement could help in making decisions.
This all seems like very basic expectations if you want customers to buy from you. You might have a good product but you have a weak sales presentation page.
