The Lightfeet Active Support Orthotic Insole is a podiatrist-designed orthotic for active feet, combining structured arch support, targeted shock absorption and energy return.

Designed by Australian Sports Podiatrists, it features a graduated 3-step arch contour with gel cushioning at the heel and a responsive forefoot, so it supports your foot through busy, active days.

- No cutting or trimming needed; sized to fit out of the box

- Hand wash in cold water with mild soap

- Air dry flat away from direct sunlight; do not tumble dry

- Avoid excessive heat (hot cars, heaters, prolonged direct sun), which can warp the foam

- Avoid harsh chemicals and aggressive detergents; do not bleach
