Thanks to both Ben and Natalie for their care and assistance. But I can feel no difference with the second pair of insoles to the first. The second pair seem a little harder/firmer. But other than that they are the same. I will persevere for another day or two. I have been back in Hospital so have only been trying these for 2 days since arriving back home. But felt I should answer at least one of the emails sent to me. I haven't forgotten you all.
