Perfect from the moment I put them on and spent the whole day in them. No sore or tired feet.

Hey Penny,

We absolutely LOVE this feedback, it's literally the reason we founded this company. The 'break-in' period is a bit of a myth. When your shoes fit properly, you shouldn't have to break them in. So it sounds like in this circumstance we've both hit the nail on the head, love that!

We hope you keep loving your sandals. Please don't hesistate to get in touch with our Customer Service team if you needed anything else.

Otherwise, thanks so much for the kind words, and we hope you have a terrific weekend!

Kind Regards,
The Comfort Co

These are excellent shoes but the company does not know how to provide good customer service. I want to purchase these shoes again in multiple colors but the company will not ship to the US. The current Vionic shoes available for purchase are not as good. Looks like quality and superior design is not important to the company or I would be able to find another shoe to replace my current Vionic sandal. That is too bad... I had hoped I found shoes I could always count on to be my go-to shoes.

Hi Dee, thank you for sharing your feedback with us!

Firstly, I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the delay in responding to your email. The timing coincided with a national public holiday here in Australia, causing the delay. I'm pleased to see that one of our team members has since been in touch and clarified that while we can't ship directly from our website to the USA, however we do offer shipping options for our customers in USA.

It's wonderful to hear that you're loving the quality and design of Vionic shoes! Should you need any further assistance or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email. Our dedicated customer service team is here to ensure your experience with Vionic is nothing short of exceptional.

Thank you once again for choosing Vionic!
