i have already written a review. was it removed? i have 8 pairs of samos in size 8 and this mauve pair is smaller, so i have had to send it back for a 9. yes i did send you pics showing how it is diff in size

We are so sorry that you've had this experience this time around, especially as you have been a fan of ours for years. We must say though, we find this feedback very confusing. We haven't changed manufactuers or sizing in these shoes, so it's really strange that this has happened.

The only thing we can put it down to is that your foot has changed size. It's a little known fact that over time the ligaments and tendons in your foot lose elasticity which causes your foot to become longer and wider. Foot size can also be affected by things like pregnancy, weight gain, stress fractures or swelling and things like that.

If you have any of your older pairs still lying about we'd love to know if they still fit the same way too. Otherwise, we're well and truly stumped.

Anyway, we hope this experience hasn't soured you with us too much as we would love to help you out with your next pair too!
